Minnesota Rush is a premier youth soccer club operating across Minnesota, with key locations in the Twin Cities, Rochester, and Albert Lea regions. Established in 1975, the club has built a strong reputation over nearly 50 years as a leader in youth soccer development. It serves players from Pre-K through high school, covering age groups U5 to U19, with programs tailored for both recreational and competitive levels. The recreational program emphasizes fun and skill-building for beginners, while the competitive division focuses on advanced technical and tactical training in a goal-oriented environment. Minnesota Rush distinguishes itself through a player-centered philosophy supported by a national network, elite professional coaching staff, and dedicated full- and part-time personnel focused solely on player development. Unique features include the College Advisory Program (CAP), which guides families starting in 8th grade through the college recruitment process with unparalleled national connections. The club offers spring/summer and fall seasons, with tryouts for most competitive teams and open registration for younger ages.
