About the Club

Southeast Soccer Club is a youth soccer organization based in Southeast Minneapolis, serving families across the Twin Cities area. Established in 1980, the club operates as a competitive traveling soccer program that emphasizes community involvement and accessibility. It fosters a culture of cooperation, instilling the value of competition, teamwork, and player empowerment through structured training and matches. The club serves boys and girls from U9 through U19, with additional introductory programs like Lil Dribblers for younger participants and 5-a-Side for skill development. Southeast offers two competitive seasons—fall from August to October and summer from November to July—allowing year-round participation with winter dome training options. Teams compete in the Twin Cities Soccer League, providing regional matches against other local clubs. A unique feature is the SE Select program, which delivers advanced winter training and competition for selected players to enhance technical skills and tactical understanding. The club balances high-level competition with flexibility for multi-sport athletes, maintaining affordable fees without mandatory winter commitments. Southeast distinguishes itself by prioritizing a supportive environment that blends accessibility with competitive growth, enabling players to pursue soccer alongside other interests.
