About the Club

MapleBrook Soccer Club (MPB) is a youth soccer organization based in the West Twin Cities suburbs of Minnesota, serving communities such as Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Osseo, Plymouth, and Wayzata. Established in 1987 by local families, MPB operates as a community-owned and operated club focused on developing players at all levels of competition. The club partners exclusively with the City of Maple Grove to deliver recreational soccer programming and access state-of-the-art facilities, including the Fernbrook Athletic Fields and Maple Grove Sports Dome. MPB emphasizes creating fun, positive experiences that build physical, mental, and emotional growth while instilling a lifelong passion for soccer. Programs cater to young players starting from ages 3-6 through introductory sessions like Lil’ Blasters and Kickin’ Kids, which feature age-appropriate activities and small-sided scrimmages. For ages 7-10, Fuego Soccer provides structured skill-building and team play led by professional staff and parent volunteers. Older youth in U11-U14 participate in the Maple Grove Youth Recreational League, promoting teamwork and community engagement. Competitive programs begin at U12 and extend through U17, with tryouts forming teams that compete in regional events and tournaments, such as the club's annual May tournament. MPB distinguishes itself as the most established club in the area, prioritizing inclusive development over elite-only focus to ensure broad access to high-quality soccer experiences.
