About the Club

The Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club, established in May 2000, operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving Richmond, Virginia, and the broader Central Virginia community. The club recently merged with Richmond Strikers to form Richmond United, consolidating top youth soccer talent in the region. Richmond United provides opportunities for players of all abilities, fostering a unified soccer environment in Central Virginia. A key distinguishing feature is its clear player pathway, designed to guide aspiring young athletes from youth levels to professional soccer. The club boasts over 8,000 participants across its various programs and offers a range of specialized camps, including advanced training, ball mastery, and futsal. Richmond United ECNL represents the club's highest competitive tier, with teams from U13 through U19 competing nationally in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) for both boys and girls. These teams participate in the ECNL Mid-Atlantic Conference and attend national showcases, providing significant exposure for collegiate advancement.
