About the Club
Capital FC (CFC) is a youth soccer organization based in Salem, Oregon, serving the mid-Willamette Valley. Established in 2008, CFC operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to developing excellent soccer players and responsible citizens. The club's mission is centered on the pillars of "Better Soccer. Better People. Stronger Community," utilizing soccer as a vehicle for enriching children's lives. Capital FC offers a comprehensive range of programs for players aged 3 to 18, including Mighty Mites, Juniors, U9 Pre-Competitive, U10-U14 Competitive, and High School Competitive programs. The club provides a spectrum of competitiveness, from recreational options to year-round programs for more committed players. A notable achievement includes securing three National Titles within four years. CFC is committed to equity, access, and excellence, reaching over 6,000 youth in the community. The club is also expanding its facilities with the development of an indoor complex. Their competitive teams participate in OYSA League Play, and the club provides pathways for elite players, including opportunities with the Timbers Academy.
