RSL AZ Southern Arizona is a youth soccer club operating in Southern Arizona, with a presence in Tucson, Tucson West, Sahuarita, and Marana. As part of the Real Salt Lake organization, it is a fast-growing club that provides a pathway for every level of player, from beginners to the top regional talent. The club serves a wide range of youth age groups. A key feature of RSL AZ Southern Arizona is its direct connection to professional teams, being the only club in Arizona linked to both a Major League Soccer (MLS) and a National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) team. This affiliation provides unique opportunities for player development and exposure. The club offers a comprehensive player pathway through various competitive platforms. Top programs for its teams include MLS Next, the USYS National League, and the Development Player League (DPL). RSL AZ Southern Arizona also competes in other leagues such as the APL, ASL, and PCJSL, ensuring a place for players at multiple competitive levels.
