About the Club

RSL-AZ is a youth soccer club in Arizona with a mission to be a national leader in youth development and the "Gold Standard" in Arizona soccer. They aim to provide a complete professional pathway for players from U4 to professional levels, utilizing the resources of Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC. RSL-AZ emphasizes individual player development with personalized plans to help each player reach their maximum potential. They also focus on developing compassionate and educated individuals with a "Giver" mentality, prioritizing service to their team, club, family, and community. RSL-AZ offers various programs for boys and girls at different levels of development, including recreational leagues, youth academy, and competitive programs. Their elite teams compete in national leagues such as MLS Next, ECNL, Elite Academy League, and Elite 64. They also have teams in regional and state leagues like the USYS National League, DPL, APL, ASL, and PCJSL. RSL-AZ is the only club in Arizona with a direct connection to both an MLS and NWSL professional team. They also offer camps and community programs, including a TOPSoccer program for athletes with disabilities and a College Advisory Program.
