About the Club

Phoenix Premier FC is a youth soccer organization based in Phoenix, Arizona, serving the entire Phoenix area, including the southeast valley and Tempe. The club was formed in 2013, continuing the legacy of CISCO Soccer Club, which had a history of winning National and State Championships. Phoenix Premier FC offers programs for boys and girls across various age groups, from U7 through U19, with an Academy program for U10 and under, and a Competitive Club Program for U11 and up. The club distinguishes itself through a Long Term Player Development model, emphasizing a "performance" oriented philosophy and a holistic approach to player development that includes technical skills, tactical understanding, and character building. A notable feature for competitive players is the Soccer Performance Program, which integrates scientifically supported training methods, injury prevention, nutritional education, and athletic development. For boys, Phoenix Premier FC's programming will join MLS NEXT's new competition tier starting in Fall 2025, fielding teams in U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, and U18/U19 age groups. The girls' programming will join The Girls Academy's new ASPIRE league, also commencing in Fall 2025. Competitive teams also participate in AYSA's State League and Maricopa League, with a focus on competing at high levels regionally and nationally. The club's vision is to create a nationally recognized, community-centered youth soccer club that provides a clear pathway for players to collegiate and professional levels.
