About the Club
IR Academy of Soccer Development is a youth soccer organization based in Elk Grove, California. The club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting soccer among local youth and fostering individual player development. IR Academy offers programs for both girls and boys, serving a wide range of age groups from introductory levels for younger players to competitive teams. Their programs include the IR Juniors Academy for players born in 2018 and 2019, the IR Littles Academy for foundational skills, and competitive teams for players born from 2007-2018. A unique selling point is their development-first approach, emphasizing high-quality training in a supportive environment. The club is a member of US Club Soccer and the Norcal Premier Soccer League, with their competitive teams participating in the National Premier League (NPL).
