Potomac Soccer Association (PSA) is a non-profit youth soccer club based in Montgomery County, Maryland, serving areas including Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, and Potomac. Founded in 1980 by Bill Wilson and formally incorporated in 1982, its mission is to promote soccer for youth in the Montgomery County area. Potomac Soccer offers programs for ages 5-18, encompassing recreational, travel, and elite soccer levels.
