Worthington United Soccer Club is a premier youth soccer organization based in Central Ohio, serving communities in and around Worthington, Columbus, and surrounding suburbs. Established in 1976, the club has over 45 years of experience fostering soccer excellence and personal growth among young athletes. It operates as a non-profit dedicated to providing high-quality training, competition, and development opportunities for boys and girls. The club serves age groups from U5 through U19, encompassing recreational, academy, and elite competitive programs tailored to various skill levels. Unique features include a strong emphasis on holistic player development, integrating technical skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and mental resilience through professional coaching and periodized training curricula. Worthington United distinguishes itself with a robust pathway system that supports progression from grassroots to elite levels, including partnerships with local high schools and colleges for seamless transitions. Their top competitive programs include participation in MLS Next for elite boys' teams, ECNL for girls' teams, and NPL within the US Club Soccer framework, alongside USYS National League events. The club has a proven track record of alumni advancing to collegiate soccer, with many securing scholarships at Division I, II, and III programs across the Midwest and nationally.
