The Football Academy NJ (THE FA) is an elite youth soccer club and educational company based in Florham Park, New Jersey. The club provides high-level developmental training in a professional and safe environment, promoting wellness, health, and fitness through its soccer programming. The Football Academy NJ offers programs for boys and girls ranging from U7 to U18. They are committed to providing players with a clear, structured pathway to the highest levels of youth soccer, supporting aspirations for college recruitment or a professional career. A distinguishing feature of The Football Academy NJ is its status as a member of MLS NEXT, Girls Academy, and the USYS platform through EDP and the National League, which are recognized as highly competitive youth soccer platforms in the country. The club also offers various platforms such as camps, clinics, tournaments, and Futsal. Furthermore, The Football Academy NJ provides a full club scholarship program specifically designed for U7 teams, offering a comprehensive year-long program at no cost. This initiative aims to provide in-depth individual and team development.
