About the Club

Spokane Sounders is a prominent youth soccer club operating in Spokane and Eastern Washington, including Northern Idaho. The club was established in 1999 as Spokane Shadow and rebranded to Spokane Sounders in 2016 through a partnership with Seattle Sounders FC, the MLS franchise. This affiliation provides a direct pathway for Spokane Sounders players to the Sounders FC Academy, offering unique development opportunities and professional exposure. Spokane Sounders offers premier, select, and developmental soccer programs to over 1,000 competitive participants. The club competes in top competitive leagues such as the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), Girls Academy (GA), and Regional Clubs League (RCL), providing national and statewide platforms for player development. Spokane Sounders has a strong track record of placing players into collegiate and professional programs, distinguishing them as a leading club in the region for player advancement.
