About the Club

Seattle Reign Academy is a youth soccer organization based in Seattle, Washington, with its operations centered at Starfire Sports in Tukwila. The academy was founded in 2017 and has been affiliated with the U.S. Soccer Development Academy system since its inception. A unique selling point is its female-centered training and playing environment, specifically designed to inspire and empower the next generation of female footballers. The club emphasizes developing extraordinary individuals in addition to skilled players. Seattle Reign Academy is notably led by women, including Executive Director Amy Griffin, a U.S. Soccer “A” licensed coach and World Cup winner, making it the only youth club in the region with female leadership. The academy serves as a steward of the women's game in the Pacific Northwest, with its players representing the future of Seattle Reign FC, a professional NWSL team. Players benefit from learning within a professional environment that demands excellence and nurtures both personal and athletic growth.
