About the Club
Real Salt Lake-El Paso (RSL-El Paso) is a youth soccer club that serves West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Established in 2008 as El Paso SoL, the club later partnered with RSL AZ to provide a broader development pathway for its players. The club offers programs for boys and girls from U4 to U19, focusing on a player-centric system to help each athlete reach their maximum potential. RSL-El Paso provides a complete professional pathway, leveraging the infrastructure of Real Salt Lake (MLS) and the Utah Royals (NWSL). A unique feature of the club is its mission to develop compassionate and educated individuals, instilling a "Giver" mentality that emphasizes service to the team, club, family, and community. For its girls' teams, the club competes on a national platform in the Development Player League (DPL). The club has a history of sending players to higher-level teams within the RSL AZ organization, including ECNL, GA, and MLS Next teams. Additionally, RSL-El Paso offers a College Advisory Program to assist student-athletes with the college recruitment process.
