About the Club

Piedmont Youth Soccer League (PYSL) is a youth soccer organization based in Martinsville and Henry County, Virginia, serving the foothills of SouthSide Virginia. PYSL operates as a non-profit dedicated to providing recreational and competitive soccer opportunities for boys and girls. The club fosters a spirited environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, determination, respect for authority, and self-esteem among its players. PYSL offers programs ranging from introductory recreational play to more advanced travel teams for participants from U-4 through U-18. Their travel soccer program enables teams to compete in the Skyline League, promoting skill development and higher-level competition. PYSL commits to enhancing players' soccer abilities while instilling a lifelong passion for the game. The organization collaborates through the SOVA Soccer Alliance with nearby clubs to strengthen regional soccer initiatives and expand opportunities.
