About the Club

The Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals Soccer Club, also known as "Tryzub" Philadelphia, is a non-profit organization established in 1950, initially by displaced Ukrainians to preserve their culture and heritage after World War II. The club operates in the Eastern Pennsylvania region, with its facilities located in Horsham, PA, at the Ukrainian American Sport Center. The Ukrainian Nationals have a storied history, particularly in the professional era, winning six American Soccer League championships and four U.S. Open Cups between 1959 and 1970. They were pioneers in U.S. soccer, being the first team to have home games televised and playing in the first regulation indoor soccer game. In the modern era, the club focuses on competitive youth soccer for boys and girls from U8 through U19, offering developmental academies and travel teams. Their youth teams compete in competitive local and regional leagues, including the ECNL, and the club also fields adult teams in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) and Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL). The club's commitment extends to community impact, providing a desirable environment for children to develop their soccer skills.
