About the Club

Penn FC Youth is a prominent youth soccer organization operating in Central Pennsylvania, specifically based in Harrisburg. The club has been a significant presence in the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association for many years, participating in a partnership for the US Soccer Development Academy as early as Fall 2018. Penn FC Youth offers comprehensive programs for both boys and girls, serving age groups from U3 through high school for recreational play, and U9-U19 for competitive teams. A notable feature is its recent partnership with PA Classics, forming PA Classics Harrisburg for the 2025-2026 season, which expands player development pathways. This collaboration provides players with access to top competitive platforms, including MLS Next and Girls Academy (GA) leagues. Penn FC Youth teams also compete in the US Youth Soccer South Atlantic EDP Conference and National League Showcases. The club is committed to fostering a positive developmental environment, emphasizing skill-building, teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Penn FC Youth also runs a TOPSoccer program, established in 2005, dedicated to providing soccer opportunities for young athletes with mental or physical disabilities. The club boasts a strong coaching staff and quality facilities, aiming to provide opportunities from recreational to professional levels within the organization. In 2024, Penn FC Youth's 2008F Black team achieved national recognition as GotSport RIA Champions, securing titles in the South Atlantic League and National League Conference Playoffs.
