About the Club

Hoover-Vestavia Soccer (HVS) is a youth soccer club in Alabama formed in 2020 through a partnership between Hoover Soccer Club and Vestavia Hills Soccer Club. HVS is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to developing top-class youth players. They offer programs for players aged U11-U19, focusing on technical, tactical, mental, and character development. HVS teams compete in various leagues, including MLS NEXT, MLS NEXT2 National Academy League, Southeastern Clubs Championship League (SCCL), and the Development Player League (DPL). The club also has a strong college recruiting program, assisting players aiming for NCAA and NAIA programs. HVS has an affiliate program allowing local clubs to align with them for higher-level play opportunities.
