Goleadores Futbol Club is a non-profit, competitive youth soccer organization operating in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. The club provides high-level, affordable travel soccer programs for both boys and girls. Goleadores FC is dedicated to player development and accountability, fostering a strong work ethic and a tough competitive mentality in its athletes. The club prides itself on not being a \"pay for play\" organization, emphasizing that players must earn the right to wear the club crest through hard work and commitment. This philosophy attracts dedicated players and families who are passionate about the sport. Teams are composed of players from various communities in the region and compete in several local leagues. The primary competitive platforms for its teams include the Illinois Women's Soccer League (IWSL), the Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL), and the Young Sportsmen's Soccer League (YSSL). The club has a history of developing players who have been selected for the Illinois Olympic Development Program.
