About the Club
FC Boston Bolts is a youth soccer club operating throughout Massachusetts, with regions including Boston, Central MA, Metro North, North Shore, and Western MA. Established in 1986, it is the oldest and most prestigious soccer club in New England. The club is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that serves a diverse membership from various domestic and international backgrounds. The Bolts provide programs for a wide range of age groups, starting from youth development and continuing to pre-professional teams. A key feature of the club is its proven pathway for players to advance to collegiate and professional soccer careers. For boys, the highest levels of competition offered include MLS Next, the National Academy League, and USL Academy. The top-tier programs for girls are the Girls Academy (GA), the National Academy League, and the Development Player League (DPL). The club has a strong history of player development, with 29 players progressing to professional MLS Academies over the past five years and numerous alumni playing professionally and for national teams.
