About the Club

Diversity Football Club (DFC) is a youth soccer organization operating in the Frisco, Texas area. Founded in 2021, the club's name reflects its mission to embrace the inclusiveness of soccer across all demographics and cultures. DFC aims to develop players capable of competing at top levels in the United States and to provide them with opportunities to pursue higher education through the sport. The club offers programs for a range of age groups, with tryouts listed for boys and girls from 2020 birth years up to 2007. A unique feature of the club is its developmental curriculum created by Scott Sealy, a former professional and international soccer player. This curriculum focuses on enhancing players' technical, tactical, mental, and physical attributes, with a strong emphasis on technical skill as a cornerstone of player identification. DFC's stated goal is to develop not just winning teams, but also well-rounded individuals off the field. For its highest level of competition, the club has a team participating in the UPSL (United Premier Soccer League) Division 1.
