About the Club
Central Coast United SC is a youth soccer club that operates on the California Central Coast, with training locations in San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. The club's reach extends from Paso Robles to Santa Maria, making it one of the largest and strongest clubs in the region. Central Coast United SC offers a complete player development pathway with its Mustang Prep, Junior Academy, and Senior Academy programs. The club provides programs for a wide range of age groups, from U8 to U19. A unique feature of the club is its leadership, with former U.S. Men's National Team and LA Galaxy coach Steve Sampson serving as the club's president. The club also has strong ties to the local collegiate soccer community, with coaches from both the Cal Poly men's and women's soccer programs on its staff. The girls' teams compete in the Development Player League (DPL), and the boys' teams have the ambition to compete in MLS Next. The club also has teams that compete in the Coast Soccer League.
