About the Club

Ashland Soccer Club (ASC) is a youth soccer organization operating in Ashland, Virginia, and serving the surrounding Hanover County community. Established in 1982 as the Ashland Youth Soccer League, the club has a long history of providing soccer opportunities for the local community. ASC offers both recreational and travel programs for boys and girls, serving a wide range of age groups from U6 through U19. The club is committed to affordability and provides opportunities for all skill levels in a fun, inclusive environment. All practices and home games are held at the Poor Farm Park soccer fields. For its more competitive players, the club's travel teams, from U12 to U19, participate in the NPL South division of the VA Premier Soccer League. Younger recreational teams, starting at the U10 level, compete in the RVA Cross League against other clubs in the Richmond metro region, while the youngest players learn the game in an in-house league. The club focuses on developing individual technical and tactical skills while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
