About the Club

Arsenal FC Chesapeake is a youth soccer club operating in the Chesapeake, Virginia area. The club is an all-volunteer organization focused on player development for all ages and abilities. They offer a complete player pathway, starting with the Gunners Academy program for children aged 4U to 10U. For older players, the club provides Advance challenge teams and Classic Travel teams for ages 9U to 19U. Their travel teams compete in the U.S. Club Soccer National Premier League (NPL), and their challenge teams play in the Tidewater Advance Soccer League (TASL). A key feature of the club is its Chesapeake Junior Academy, which operates in partnership with Beach FC to enhance player services and programs. Arsenal FC Chesapeake encourages participation in the Olympic Development Program (ODP) to provide players with opportunities for higher-level competition. The club also emphasizes coaching education, promoting US Soccer Grassroots Coaching courses to ensure high-quality player instruction.
