About the Club

Walnut Creek Surf Soccer Club (WCSC) is a prominent youth soccer organization based in Walnut Creek, California, established in 1971. As a 501(c)3 non-profit, its mission is to enrich the community by developing athletes with strong foundational skills, teaching life lessons, and fostering a love for soccer. WCSC is the largest youth sports organization in Walnut Creek, serving nearly 3,000 players through both recreational and competitive programs. The club emphasizes a positive learning environment and provides high-level coaching education, preparing players for participation at club, high school, collegiate, and professional levels. Competitive teams engage in regional, state, and national league play, and the club hosts Creek Cups tournaments, including NPL/Gold, Silver, and Bronze divisions. WCSC also promotes player development through US Soccer Youth Development Programs at various levels and offers unique programs like TOPSoccer for athletes with disabilities.
