About the Club

Sporting Oklahoma is a youth soccer organization serving the Norman, Moore, and Oklahoma City communities, along with surrounding areas in Oklahoma. The club was established in 2020 and operates as an official Academy Affiliate of Sporting Kansas City. This affiliation provides a direct professional pathway to Major League Soccer (MLS) for its players. Sporting Oklahoma offers recreational and competitive programs for boys and girls ranging from Pre-K through high school, specifically U4-U19 across various program tiers. The club emphasizes player development, coaching education, and fostering a positive, safe, and professional environment to encourage a lifelong interest in soccer. Sporting Oklahoma's unique "Sporting Way" culture is built on S.P.O.R.T.I.N.G. Core Values and five pillars: Attitude & Effort, Enjoyment, Player Development, Collaboration, and Accountability. They offer a College Placement Program for U13-U19 players aiming for collegiate soccer. Sporting Oklahoma teams compete in several top competitive leagues and programs, including MLS NEXT (Academy Division for U13-U19), DPL (Midwest Conference for U13-U19), and the Oklahoma Premier League (OPL) for U11-U19, with its Division I providing a pathway to the USYS National League. The club also participates in the USYS National League's Frontier Conference League (FCL) and offers the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (ODP).
