About the Club

Shattuck-St. Mary's (SSM) Soccer Center of Excellence is a full-time residential program designed for student-athletes aged 10-19 seeking to develop their soccer skills alongside a rigorous college preparatory education. The program offers a comprehensive, elite-level environment similar to professional youth academies, with a focus on technical skill, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and character development. Players benefit from a ten-month training and competition schedule, including daily individual and team training, strength training, and ongoing assessment. SSM's soccer program competes in leagues such as MLS NEXT and has a strong track record of placing players in collegiate programs, with many also going on to play professionally. The program utilizes state-of-the-art facilities, including multiple soccer fields, a weight training facility, and a video analysis room.
