San Antonio FC Pro Academy teams compete in elite youth leagues, including MLS Next and ECNL Boys, and also fields a team in the UPSL Premier. They offer various programs, including camps and clinics, and operate a "Youth Stars Soccer Network" and "Affiliate Club" program.
