About the Club

RISE Soccer Club (RISE SC) is a prominent youth soccer organization operating in the Houston, Texas area. The club was established in 2017 through the merger of Houston Express Soccer Club (founded 1978) and Eclipse Soccer Club (founded 1986), with Texans SC joining in April 2019. RISE SC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Houston youth soccer community. The club provides programming for players of all levels, from recreational to college-bound, emphasizing a safe, supportive environment built on integrity, respect, honesty, and sportsmanship. RISE SC is committed to becoming a top 25 club nationally and offers unique benefits such as funding for U11, U12, U13, and U19 boys and girls to play in the highest leagues without cost. The club's competitive teams participate in elite leagues and events, including the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) and Girls Academy (GA), and various US Club Soccer competitions like the National Cup.
