About the Club

Located in Herriman, Utah, at the base of the Oquirrh Mountains, the Real Salt Lake Academy offers a world-class environment for developing potential future professional soccer players. The academy is a high priority for the long-term success of the Real Salt Lake club. The facility, known as Zions Bank Training Center, is a $78 million complex that includes both indoor and outdoor training areas, an onsite high school, and a live-in dormitory. The indoor facility is one of the largest free-standing steel structures in North America, with 210,000 square feet of artificial turf powered by solar panels. Outside, there are five natural-grass fields used by Real Salt Lake, Real Monarchs SLC, and the RSL Academy. The RSL Academy High School is a public charter school focusing on STEM education. The academy is known for its diversity and inclusive environment, with teachers dedicated to helping students succeed academically and in life. The facility allows for seamless integration of training, academics, and daily life for the academy players.
