Mustang Soccer Club is a prominent youth soccer organization based in Danville, California, operating in the communities of Martinez, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas. Established in 1972, the club has a long-standing history in Bay Area soccer. Mustang Soccer is recognized as a Players First-licensed club, demonstrating its commitment to providing an exceptional, player-centered environment with support in club development, coaching development, player development, parent engagement & education, and player health & safety. The club offers a comprehensive player pathway, including competitive programs such as ECNL, ECNL-RL, Pre-ECNL, Elite, and Competitive Select. They also participate in NorCal Premier League play for Fall and Spring, including the prestigious State Cup. Mustang Soccer emphasizes affordability and accessibility, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for players aged 7 to 19. A unique feature is their mandate of a minimum of 50% playing time for all fit players in every game, coupled with smaller roster sizes to maximize player development opportunities.
