About the Club

Dynamos SC is a youth soccer organization deeply rooted in the Arizona soccer community, with a focus on shaping young athletes both on and off the field. The club was launched as an exciting new chapter after founder Robbie Findley, a former professional player and U.S. Men's National Team member, retired in 2018. Dynamos SC offers competitive teams for boys and girls born between 2009 and 2019, covering age groups from U6 through U16. The club provides an elite developmental environment, emphasizing long-term growth, character, and success through a family-centered approach and experienced coaching staff. A unique selling point is its mission to guide young athletes' intuition, fostering confidence, compassion, and a relentless work ethic, where mistakes are embraced as learning opportunities. Dynamos SC teams compete across top-tier platforms such as MLS Next 2, GA Aspire, and DPL, in addition to regional and local leagues including the Arizona State League. The club is committed to creating opportunities for every player, whether they aspire to collegiate or professional levels, or seek to apply life lessons learned through soccer.
