About the Club

Capital City Soccer Club (Capital City SC) is a youth soccer organization based in Austin, Texas, serving the Central Texas region with both North and South divisions. The club was established in the Fall of 2018 with a mission to improve soccer in Central Texas and foster a local identity. Capital City SC offers programs for a wide range of age groups, including "Soccer Stars" for ages 2-5, a "Jr Academy," and competitive teams for boys and girls born between 2006-2014, extending through U-19. The club distinguishes itself through a commitment to holistic player development, emphasizing technical skills, tactical understanding, character building, and sportsmanship. Capital City SC aims to blend the development of the player and the person, creating confidence and awareness both on and off the field. Their competitive programs include participation in top-tier leagues such as MLS Next, Elite Academy (EA), Girls Academy (GA), and the Development Player League (DPL). The club also offers a "College Pathway" program, with over 60% of its graduates continuing to play college soccer. Capital City SC also fields teams in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL).
