Established in 1983, the club, also known as Caddo Bossier Soccer Association (CABOSA), aims to teach sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork through soccer. The club offers both recreational and competitive soccer programs to cater to various interest and ability levels. Their competitive arm, Shreveport United, serves players from U8 to U19. These teams are led by licensed coaches and participate in various leagues and tournaments. The club's top competitive teams compete in the Louisiana Competitive Soccer League (LCSL) and the Red River National Premier League.
