About the Club

Association Football Club (AFC) is a premier youth soccer organization operating in the East Bay Area of San Francisco, California. The club was established in 2017 through the merger of Castro Valley Soccer Club (CVSC), Montclair Soccer Club (MSC), and Piedmont Soccer Club (PSC). AFC provides competitive soccer programs for boys and girls in the U13 through U19 age groups. The club's mission is to offer the best environment, coaching, and programs to enable players to reach their full potential for high school, college, and beyond. AFC is dedicated to serving its diverse community by delivering high-quality coaching and learning experiences. Their training pedagogy focuses on developing the whole player through balanced tactical, technical, physical, and psychosocial programs. AFC's competitive platform includes Academy teams that compete in top leagues such as ECNL, ECNL-RL, NPL, and DPL. They also offer Bronze level teams that participate in local NorCal Premier regional leagues.
