RNY FC Youth is a non-profit youth soccer organization operating in the Western New York area, based in Henrietta, NY. The club's history dates back to 1966 with the founding of the Rochester Mavericks, and it officially became RNY FC Youth in 2022 after being known as Empire United Soccer Academy. The club provides programs for players from ages 7 to 19. Younger players aged 7-12 focus on fundamental skills, while players aged 13-19 receive advanced technical and tactical training in a more rigorous environment to prepare them for collegiate-level play. A key feature of the club is its status as a founding member of the MLS NEXT platform, which is the highest level of youth soccer in the United States. RNY FC Youth's top competitive programs are the MLS NEXT for boys and the Girls Academy (GA) for girls.
